Also known as: FUTAGAMIYAMA TRAILRUN
Held around Mt. Futagami (about 274 m) in Takaoka, Toyama, this 20 km category runs three loops from the Jokoji athletics stadium. It passes Tsukimidai, Futagami Imizu Shrine, the Konkoin aid station and the summit, with views from the Tateyama range to the Noto Peninsula on clear days.
The course tops out at 264 m (low point 6 m). Only about 20% is gentle (under 5% grade); most of it is climbing or descending.
