A one-way race from Amagi-no-Mori at Nishina Pass on the Izu Peninsula via Toi and the Darumayama Highlands to Shuzenji Onsen. It follows the second half of the ITJ70k route and is unsupported: runners may not take food or water at the aid stations on the way.
The course tops out at 981 m (low point 94 m). The main climb comes early on: 403 m around 9–14 km. Only about 30% is gentle (under 5% grade); most of it is climbing or descending. In 2025, 94% of starters finished. The median finish was about 5 h.
