The short course on Kasado Island in Setonaikai National Park, Kudamatsu, Yamaguchi. Starting and finishing at Kokumin-shukusha Ojo, it passes Shirahama and Motoura on island hill trails and coastal paths with views of the Seto Inland Sea.
The course tops out at 229 m (low point 0 m). Only about 30% is gentle (under 5% grade); most of it is climbing or descending.
