A 397 km non-stop crossing of the Swiss canton of Valais, from Brigerbad in the east to Le Bouveret on Lake Geneva, over Alpine passes and through valley after valley. It climbs about 27,500 m, and six of its 32 aid stations are life bases where runners get their drop bag. It is the successor of the race called SwissPeaks 380 until 2025.
The course tops out at 2,879 m (low point 373 m). Only about 20% is gentle (under 5% grade); most of it is climbing or descending. In 2026, 49% of starters finished — a tough one. The median finish was about 140 h, through 6 nights.
