A loop from New Sunpia Saitama Ogose in Ogose, Saitama, through autumn in Okumusashi. It follows a chain of passes, from Kasasugi Pass via Kanhasshu Miharashidai, Buna, Karibasaka and Ono passes, then returns over Mt. Dodaira, Jikoji temple and Mt. Otsuku.
The course tops out at 883 m (low point 87 m). There are 2 big climbs: 764 m around 0–22 km; 342 m around 37–39 km. About 40% of the distance is gentle (under 5% grade). In 2025, 87% of starters finished. The median finish was about 9 h.
