The 50K of a UTMB World Series event in the jungle around Betong, Thailand, near the Malaysian border. From the Betong Mongkollit Tunnel it heads to the sea-of-mist viewpoints of Jaroh Ganga and Kapae Hulu before finishing at the town clock tower.
The course tops out at 991 m (low point 272 m). There are 2 big climbs: 386 m around 11–15 km; 683 m around 21–32 km. The longest descent drops 548 m around 32 km at about 15% on average. About 50% of the distance is gentle (under 5% grade). In 2026, 80% of starters finished. The median finish was about 13 h.
