Point to point from Gasiri village in eastern Jeju to Jeju World Cup Stadium, via the Meochewat forest trail and Eoseungsaengak oreum, through the forests and volcanic cones around Hallasan National Park.
The course tops out at 758 m (low point 59 m). The main climb comes early on: 526 m around 18–33 km. About 60% of the distance is gentle (under 5% grade), so there is a lot of running. In 2025, 96% of starters finished. The median finish was about 11 h.
