A one-way short race: runners are bussed to Kenmin no Mori (the Prefectural Forest) and follow the closing section shared with the 100K and 50K to Yamanaka-za in the 1,300-year-old spa town of Yamanaka Onsen.
The course tops out at 467 m (low point 73 m). About 50% of the distance is gentle (under 5% grade). In 2026, 98% of starters finished. The median finish was about 3 h.
