ONAGAWA 100 TRAILS 100mile 2026
Also known as: Onagawa 100
Based at WACK Onagawa Stadium in Onagawa, Miyagi, runners do four laps of a roughly 35 km circuit (south loop then north loop), then a final south loop. Using part of the Michinoku Coastal Trail, it offers Pacific views from Mt. Ishinage and Mt. Kuromori, and runners need to be ready for winter conditions.
The course tops out at 458 m (low point 3 m). About 40% of the distance is gentle (under 5% grade).
