TENGU100 100km 2026
The 100 km category starts and finishes at Mt. TAKAO BASE CAMP in Takao, Hachioji, Tokyo, and covers three laps of a roughly 30 km loop through Takao, Aihara and Tsukui. Organised by Ryuta-ren, it is a self-navigation race with only partial course marking. There are two aid stations: the venue and the Shiroyamako Community Center.
The course tops out at 403 m (low point 139 m). About 60% of the distance is gentle (under 5% grade), so there is a lot of running. In 2025, 77% of starters finished. The median finish was about 13 h.
