A UTMB World Series race in Betong, southern Thailand. It leaves the Betong Mongkollit Tunnel before dawn, runs through the Piyamit Tunnel and viewpoints known for seas of mist, then passes the Betong Hot Spring on the way to the town clock tower. Expect hot, humid jungle.
The course tops out at 1,161 m (low point 272 m). There are 4 big climbs: 386 m around 11–15 km; 682 m around 22–32 km; 590 m around 36–42 km; 303 m around 51–52 km. About 50% of the distance is gentle (under 5% grade). In 2026, 61% of starters finished. The median finish was about 22 h, through one night.
