The youth event of UTMB week. It starts and finishes in the center of Courmayeur, with distances set by age group; the 15km course is the junior category. Top finishers go on to a short race the next day in Chamonix, "YCC The Revenge".
The course tops out at 1,958 m (low point 1,221 m). The main climb comes right from the start: 736 m around 0–6 km. Only about 20% is gentle (under 5% grade); most of it is climbing or descending. In 2026, 97% of starters finished. The median finish was about 2 h.
