Four laps of a roughly 40 km loop in Kotonami, Manno, Kagawa, following the Asan range over peaks such as Mt. Ohkawa and Mt. Ryuo. Steep climbs alternate with runnable sections and cutoffs are tight. At the end of each lap runners can resupply and change from their own car.
11,200 m of climbing over 160 km (70 m per km). In 2025, 49% of starters finished — a tough one. The median finish was about 33 h, through one night.
