Point to point from Suma-ura Park in Kobe to Enpeiji temple in Takarazuka, linking 24 summits of the Rokko range. Aid at Hiyodorigoe Station, Tairyuji and the Rokko Visitor Center; the autumn traverse runs into darkness, so a headlamp is required.
The course tops out at 931 m (low point 18 m). There are 2 big climbs: 389 m around 11–16 km; 694 m around 22–36 km. Only about 20% is gentle (under 5% grade); most of it is climbing or descending. In 2025, 88% of starters finished. The median finish was about 10 h.
