Also known as: Himam Trail Run
Starts in front of the historic Nizwa Fort and souq and runs point to point to Birkat Al Mouz. An opening climb gives views over Nizwa, then rocky single-track and a second sustained ascent lead to a final descent into the finish.
The course tops out at 1,148 m (low point 509 m). There are 2 big climbs: 598 m around 0–8 km; 559 m around 15–22 km. About 40% of the distance is gentle (under 5% grade). In 2025, 70% of starters finished. The median finish was about 6 h.
