Coastal trails in South Lantau Country Park on the island's southeast. From Mui Wo the route circles the Chi Ma Wan peninsula and crosses Lo Yan Shan (Old Man Mountain) before returning to Mui Wo.
The course tops out at 268 m (low point -3 m). About 50% of the distance is gentle (under 5% grade). In 2025, 37% of starters finished — a tough one. The median finish was about 5 h.
