TransLantau 50 (Hong Kong) 2026

Mostly scenic coastal trails on eastern Lantau. From Mui Wo it circles the Chi Ma Wan peninsula and crosses Lo Yan Shan, returns to Mui Wo, then heads to Discovery Bay with a short, sharp climb of Lo Fu Tau (Tiger's Head) before returning on the Olympic Trail.
The course tops out at 441 m (low point -4 m). The main climb comes late in the race: 429 m around 36–38 km. About 30% of the distance is gentle (under 5% grade). In 2023, 49% of starters finished — a tough one. The median finish was about 10 h.
