A point-to-point 'beach to beach' course on Awaji Island, Hyogo: it starts at Ama Beach in Minamiawaji, traverses the Yuzuruha mountains over Mt. Yuzuruha, then passes Mt. Kashiwara and Sumoto Castle to finish at Ohama Seaside Park in Sumoto. The organizer gives the trail ratio as about 90%.
The course tops out at 607 m (low point 1 m). The main climb comes right from the start: 605 m around 0–14 km. About 40% of the distance is gentle (under 5% grade). In 2025, 95% of starters finished. The median finish was about 7 h.
