The final round of the OSJ Trail Running Series: three laps of a loop from the Hachikita Onsen 'Tojino Sato' bathhouse in Kami, Hyogo, crossing Mt. Hachibuse and Mt. Torogawa and passing the Mikata and Towano highlands. The lap mixes forest roads, trail and paved sections, and a single pacer may join for lap three.
The course tops out at 1,216 m (low point 510 m). There are 3 big climbs: 706 m around 0–8 km; 706 m around 34–42 km; 706 m around 67–75 km. Only about 30% is gentle (under 5% grade); most of it is climbing or descending. In 2025, 78% of starters finished. The median finish was about 20 h, through one night.
